Return Policy for Customized Products


Thank you for shopping with us. Since customized products are specially made according to your personal preferences, they are generally not eligible for return or refund once the order has been confirmed and processed.

However, returns or replacements may be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The product you received is damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item compared to what you ordered.
  • There is a manufacturing defect in the product.
  • The customization details are incorrect due to our mistake.

To request a return or replacement, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide clear photos or videos of the issue for verification.

Please note that returns will not be accepted for errors made by the customer, such as incorrect spelling, wrong customization details, or change of mind after the order is placed.

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
